Prices on this website are starting prices and exclude travel to Kerala and 5% GST unless stated.
Your written quote is the final price for the itinerary, dates and hotels it lists.
Booking and payment
A booking is confirmed when we receive the advance stated on your quote. The balance is due as stated on the quote.
Changes
We will try to accommodate changes you request. Changes may depend on availability and can change the price.
If a hotel or service becomes unavailable, we will offer a similar alternative.
Third-party services
Flights, trains, buses, insurance and visas are provided by third parties. We help arrange them but their own terms, prices and decisions apply.
Your responsibilities
Please carry valid ID, follow local rules and the rules of hotels and houseboats, and tell us about any health or mobility needs before travel.
Liability
We are not responsible for delays or changes caused by weather, strikes, road closures or other events outside our control.
