How to cancel
Send your cancellation in writing on WhatsApp. The date we receive it is used to work out the refund.
Peak dates and special bookings
Some hotels, houseboats and festival-period bookings have stricter rules. Any such rule is shown on your quote and takes priority.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method within the time shown on your quote.
Date changes
Moving your trip to new dates is often possible instead of cancelling, subject to availability and any difference in rates.
