Kerala is the home of traditional Ayurveda, and our programmes offer a slower pace with daily treatments, yoga and an Ayurvedic diet. Our Ayurveda packages start with a consultation with a qualified Ayurveda doctor, who recommends treatments such as Abhyanga (full-body oil massage) or Shirodhara based on your needs. Days follow a gentle rhythm of morning yoga, one or two treatments, a light Ayurvedic diet and free time by the lake or sea. Choose a short rejuvenation stay or a longer programme; for any medical condition, please speak to your own doctor before travelling.
